- Conduct the first call to consignees and obtain instructions and papers work for clearance.
- supervise and manage brokers teams at airport
- Create & update consignee profile on system.
- Collect & send papers work to airport to start clearance.
- Inform consignee with the needed approvals for shipment.
- Follow up with our brokers.
- Receive duties and taxes from airport& calculate shipment invoice & inform consignee with payment methods .
- Handle all shipments that need amendment in the name of consignee and FedEx clearance pending /stopped shipments until needed documents submitted from the customer.
- Follow up Re-export shipments (from FedEx Clearance) and obtain necessary approvals from shipper or consignee for the return, and follow up until shipment leaves the Egypt
* Identify and eliminate the troubles which delay the service
* Support the customer service team with the necessary information or precise procedures to gain the customer satisfaction
* Determine the authorized services canter's main points causing delays in repair or making the customers dissatisfied
* Attending meetings in Huawei HQ & service centers.
* Auditing service center's system.
* Responsible for Aramex system for shipments.
* Resolve the formal complaints directed from C P A (Consumer Protection Assemble) with taking further steps immediately towards the hot cases
* Follow up with the external requested spare parts with its estimated time of arrival for
setting plans to distribute it to the service centers
* Provide accurate routing information to ensure that delivery times are coordinated.
* Deliver daily reports regarding the service level of satisfaction and the service delay to the top management
