Summary: Targeted GDP and temperature mapping with high-volume qualification and validation,
document-intensive business processes to outsource and reengineer services.
Distinguished for developing a qualified pipeline of $5.5M for a new line of business and establishing the
gold standard of prospecting and cold-calling processes later used by Business Development Executives in
MEA.
Upon commencement, the challenges appeared daunting. The unexpected departure of the National Product
Manager prompted the need to develop a personal strategy and the tools critical for driving sales.
Identified portfolio gaps and deficiencies and joined forces with the National Portfolio Manager to address
issues, conduct market research, devise new strategies and produce the marketing collateral, sales tools
and templates to support the sales effort for a new line of business nationally.
• Devised business case modelling tool, flexible for use as sales collateral yet intuitive in providing
early and rigorous qualification of the business case for new opportunities.
• Streamlined the entire sales process from 13 major phases to 9.
• Generated the largest single-qualified pipeline of $19M, following a 3-year lull with no business
closed in the state. Clients included JAFZA, DHA, AKI, DED and NMC group.

Sales/Deals: $60K to $3M, 1 week to 1-year sales cycle.
Summary: Targeted new business in Automotive and enterprise companies across all commercial
cars and spare parts.
Won the best achiever in the company's history, later used as the managed the account as a flagship
reference company. The $3M two-year strategy reached the offerings by prime competitor Majed Al Futtaim
group.
• Gained distinction as the first Business Development acting Manager to close deals across all GCC
lines of business within a single plan year - winning the highest number and value of new business
for the business.
• Prevented damages claim and demand for refund from a failed citric implementation. Negotiated
resolution of all outstanding issues without extra payment in logistics services.
• • Increased customer base 17% by conducting analysis on M&A impacts and competitive subsidiary-
affiliate overlap; resulted in expansion into government business and fresh partnership opportunities.
• Successfully closed $3M, two-year deal with the biggest fleet company in the field. For tyres.
