Job Role: Sales Brand and Marketing.
Fuse is a new Electronic Showroom Brand to in KSA our focus on sales mobile phones, Home appliances, Electronics and Games and Smart home and all accessories.
(Brand Manager).
•Execution of the marketing activity with suppliers.
•Tracking sales trends & achievement tracker of the campaigns.
•Channel support (Retail Sales) to achieve their sales target.
•Monitoring execution of allocation & stock level.
•Monitoring ageing stock & creating promotion activity.
•Making forecast for each brand and make target for each channel.
•Making monthly promotions for retail channel and follow up the daily sales target.
•Effective internal communications to ensure that all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives.
•Lead stores team to achieve their sales targets & control operational costs in order to meet the business plan.
•Maximize the potential of store management & employees through performance management & identifying development opportunities while supporting poor performers through on the job trainings & coaching.
•Champion the brands in stores & create a two-way feedback loop with the brand teams to enhance business performance, including recommendations for promotion price reviews to meet market & customer expectations.
•Build external networks to understand market trends & competitor activity that once fed back into central teams will allow us to maintain a competitive advantage.
•Analyze stock holding of each store to minimize stock holding days (Aging Stock) Ensure all stores implement and execute all promotional activities on time.

•Dealing with staffing issues such as interviewing potential staff, conducting appraisals and performance reviews.

•Initiating changes to improve the business, revising opening hours to ensure the store can compete effectively in the local market.
