 Employees health insurance processing and renewals
 Renewing of Trade License/Chamber of Commerce and vehicle registrations and renewals
 Keeping safe custody of all important documents/passports as necessary when issued out from administration department.
 Preparing necessary documents for visa applications for Labor Dept. Immigration, other government departments etc.
 Security pass typing and document preparation
 Maintain personnel files of Employees
 Update HR Department in office on any new Visa released or new Labour Card released
