Responsibilities: -
Post Contract
 Preparing Client Cash spend tracker (Budget, spend, PS, Balance, not to used etc.)
 Managing post-contract commercial functions.
 Preparing cost estimates and budgets for projects.
 Preparing and providing advice for cost controlling.
 Preparing the budget.
 Develop and manage tender documents.
 Evaluate bids from contractors
 Managing contract scope changes by preparing, reviewing, amending, and finalizing Contract Addenda.
 Prepare RFCs & VOs.
 Monitor project costs and prepare regular financial reports
 Negotiate contracts and resolve disputes with contractors and clients
 Advice on procurement strategies and contractual matters
 Preparing project cost reports, cash flow forecasts, and budget monitoring
 Ensuring that all necessary bonds, insurances, undertakings, etc, are in the commercial interest of the client and
in accordance with the relevant contract.
 Leading claims analysis, variation orders, and final account negotiations
 Assess and manage project risks, including identifying and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies
 Drafting and managing contractual correspondence
 Prepare and certifying interim and final account statements for consultants and contractors
 Providing strategic advice on procurement routes, risk exposure, and cost optimization
 Attending monthly commercial, weekly meetings

addenda.

position.
