• I’m proud to be involved in the Hand Held Automation Project for van, we were successful to increase our coverage from 400 to 1200 Outlets in less than 8 months, and distribution was also increased from 10% up to 32%.

• List all Astra SKU’s in all KA by the end of 2014
• Increase the KA Business chair from the total Astra sales to40% by the end of 2014.

• Till Now we Achieved 32% business chair.

• Ensure product range distribution is maximized, appropriate for customer.
• Prompt ranging on shelf of new product listing.
