Ensures that all work is in conformity to standards and specifications.
Interprets specifications and discusses deviations from specified civil
procedures to ensure full compliance with QA/QC inspection plans and
procedures.
Carry out works scheduling, material requisition, cost control, project
supervision, and documentation.
Review project specifications, technical clarifications, and construction
drawings.
Proceed regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant legal
requirements, processes and procedures.
Responsibility and duties:
Ensuring effective implementation of contractors HSE management system and
compliance to client
HSE procedures and assisting to undertake the assigned project with utmost safety
performance
Review contract HSE documents, safety procedures submitted by Contractors and advice
management in respect to HSE matters
Ensuring all activities on site complies with project safety requirements and procedures
Liaison closely with Contractors in developing & imparting of updated HSE related trainings
(Toolbox talks, Induction trainings, Drill exercise & Specific trainings)
Ensuring that the emergency system and evacuation plan has been installed
Participation in Risk Assessment and review Job Hazards Analysis (JHA)
Close monitoring of site activities, reporting observations, issuing non-conformity report
(NCR) and site notification (SN) as required
Participation in daily and weekly meetings as HSE representative
Monitoring the compliance of Permit to Work system
Assisting contractors for accident investigation & compilation of investigation reports
Responsibility and duties:
Assured the regulatory infrastructure for radiation safety and the control of radiation sources
to ensure the consistency and completeness with international standards and guidance
Implementation working rules and standards for licensing and inspection, perform radiation
safety review and assessment, safety assessment, conduct inspection and auditing, also,
performing QA & QC
Participating procedures and policies, radiological instrumentations, dosimetry, radiation
safety analysis and risk assessment
