Al Falah Holdong is a group of 15 Comapiness works in different sectors such as Industrial Production & Manufacturing, Construction, Transportation & Logistics, Healthcare, Education, Real Estate, Information Technology, General Trading and Safety & Security, I was the Business Support Manager For Ready Mix, Transport and Crusher.
As Business Support Manger in Al Falah, I Was handling the management of all financial elements of the organization, offering of counsel and direction to staff to develop the business, ontribute to production activities in the business, which includes tasks such as mapping out feasibility studies, listing targeted markets, and setting business goals, analyzing team performance, carrying out training for staff improvement, sit the KPI's and bringing recommendations for business improvement, Sittng the Budget and monitors actual performance and compares it with the business target, working on all aspects of the financing and the strategic planning for the support of the business, market surveys for the effective planning of the business, and its viability, as well as its chances for survival in the competitive market place, were part of the my role as support manager.
Major Achievements;
In Al Falah Holding I developed the ERP System to help in process Managment, Sit KPIs for all Departments, estiblash the first fully automated operations control unit in the Middle East controling the whole operations of the Ready Mix, Transportation Company and the crushers, Change the Organizations charts for these companiees to meet with the new process standard, these implemntations lead to effectivly drop the cost increased the efficiency reduce the manpower and improved the availability of the equipment. I have developed several management modules with our programmers such as jobcard system for Managing the workshop activates Production Management for Ready Mix, Logistics Management for transportation, Sales Management Module where we can manage the sales from inquire till getting the LPO.
As an Area Operation Manager I was Accountable for;
• Production; overall performance of the operations (Production, Quality, Equipment utilization, Fleet Management, Material Supplies, Stocks), Managing batching plant operations for 12 batching plant in 5 locations, Planning and Implementation of production schedule.
Controlling a fleet of 180 Transit mixers, 33 Mobile Pumps and 60 placing booms, Carry out daily visits to the jobsites, Ensure Customer are Satisfied from the Service, Ensure full implementation of the company automation system (SIMA Software).
- Maintenance; Ensure all the equipment and plants are served on time (preventive maintenance schedule), Ensure the plants are calibrated and batching within the tolerances, Ensure Daily check lists are maintained by the users, Follow up with the workshop for the breakdown equipment, and ensure it release without compliant.
• Management of Quality Policy & Performance Management; Implement quality manual and quality procedures and sit the new quality control system, Maintain the records related to the department activities, and submit the monthly report to the management, Initiate/Lead and be involved in initiatives to improve the organizational performance, Analyses and track the department KPIs. Managing the department P&L.
Achievements
•Increase the monthly production by 85% within 3 months.
•Increase overall equipment Utilization by 85%
•Reduce the breakdown percentage by 22%, by improving the preventive maintenance and users training.
•Get the DCL Certificate for 3 new batching plants.
•Guinness World Record, for suppling the biggest Raft Foundation in the world.
•AL Futtaim Award as best concrete supplier, after successfully supplied fast track project, 120000 m3 in 4 months.
•Installation and team training for new batching software SIMMA
Unibeton was my first working experince, I started as production Engineer in 2011 promoted in 2013 to Asstant Fleet Manger then in June 2014 I was the Fleet and Production Manager Managing Fleet of 250 Transit Mixer, 57 Mobile Pump, Placing Booms and Static Pumps. My Main Duites were;
Ensure Proper and effective daily equipment inspection and report all abnormalities to the workshop, Monthly review for the Production and Supply Chain Employees’ Performance and set plans to improve the staff Performance, Coordinate with maintenance team for the routine maintenance, Monthly, weekly, and daily Equipment, Manpower planning, utilization based on production forecast, and ensuring maximum fleet utilization, Monthly review for the Production and Supply Chain Employees’ Performance and set plans to improve the staff Performance, Monthly and Annually Budget Preparing and set the cost control plans For the Fleet and Supply Chain, Prepare daily logistics plans as per the production forecast, to ensure the maximum utilization of the fleet and operating in the less cost.
