Sizing and selecting PSV using Aspen HYSYS and Excel calculation using API 520-Part I and API 521.
Drafting P&ID and updating refinery process PID in SPPID.
Utilized Korf hydraulic tool for pressure drop calculation.

7.Working knowledge of SPPID and AutoCAD P&ID drafting tool.
8. Working knowledge of PSV sizing tool tyco PSV

1. Process Engineer at Orchid Chemicals Ltd from 14 December 2011 till now. Working on,
➢ Process de-bottlenecking studies in API production process.
➢ Process HAZOP study and implementation of PHA study points and Plant safety tour
➢ Preparation of Mass and Energy balance calculation
➢ Heat Exchange design and rating through HTFS
➢ Safety Relief valve and Orifice plate sizing.
➢ Distillation operation simulation using Aspen+
➢ Equipment sizing and Pump Hydraulic calculation.
