Roles and Responsibilities
•Project & Maintenance planning and Monitoring of Schedules.
•Managing the manpower and resources planning and mobilization allocation.
•Materials management, Review of AFC drawings, Progress review, monitoring day to day activities.
•Monitor construction productivity and schedule performance and investigate reasons less than satisfactory performance.
• Progress review of Weekly and monthly meetings with client.
•Implementing Project safety rules and regulations .
•Manage the QA Procedure and QC Compliantation in implementation
•Constructability review and recommendation to support engineering and enhance constructability flow.
•Maintaining site accounts and stores, Measurement & Billing and Settlement of sub-contractors’ bills.
Diploma in mechanical engineering
