2- Goods Receipt (GR) in SAP SYSTEM
-Equipments GR.

-Remove Billing Blocks.

3-Logistic Service Provider Invoices:
-Invoices verification.
-Invoice pre-approval with correct GIC code and WBS.

Coordinator with DHL from 7th April 2003 to 31st August 2005 in Supply Chain Management Department (Warehouse)


-Looking after (IATA, CISCO, Lucent, GE Medicals, DHL KSA Supplies & DHL KSA Staff Uniform)

-Receiving stock into (Express Logistics System)

-Inventory Control.

-Based on the customer requirement distributed stock to various Domestic and International customers. Prepared Sales Order in the tool (Express Logistics System) and Despatch.

-Thorough knowledge of CS/3, Lucent Software, GOP, Netscape and Outlook.

-Purchase Order preparation and follow up with the suppliers for stock delivery.
