Involved in setting up the hospital, setting up procedures and coordinating with construction and financial teams. Seeking financing from different financial local and international institutes. Developing different scenario phases to open the hospital.

Assist in setting up this new build hospital and manage HR and Admin functions
Manage all non medical support services in the hospital
