Manage all HR functions, mdevelop and implement long and short term startegies.
Follow up and develop all admin functions
REsponsible for all HR functions including lisencure of hospital departments, doctors and staff
Managing two clinics aftrert setting them up in addition to managing the HR functions in the company
Manage all hospital day to day operations and coordinate with Head Office in Riyadh
Involved in setting up the hospital, setting up procedures and coordinating with construction and financial teams. Seeking financing from different financial local and international institutes. Developing different scenario phases to open the hospital.
SEt up the Hospital HR Department and manage all day to day functions and activities
Assist in setting up this new build hospital and manage HR and Admin functions
Manage all non medical support services in the hospital
