Answering calls, taking messages and handling correspondence.
● Typing, preparing and collating reports.
● Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports with Accountant.
● Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders.

● Assist project managers by updating the information needed to create Bid proposals and
budget reports.
● Prepare and follow up the Purchase Order.
● Audit, process and pay vendor invoices in an accurate and timely manner ● Assist with
tax filings; support the month end close process.
● Analyzing, reconciling and resolving all employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll
processing.
● Preparing and entering journal entries into Focus accounting system.
● Tracking and preparing reports of revenue through receipt of cash, credit card, web
applications
I have total 5+ years of experience in medical billing for US based healthcare company.
I have 5 years of Experience in Medical Billing, AR calling and analyst. And having a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and MS office.
