Project : Onshore Ras Markaz Crude Oil Park Project Duqm, Oman
Responsible for construction/Installation, Testing & Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of Ras Markaz Crude Oil Park Project’s Yokogawa Distributed Control System DCS (CENTUM VP), Instruments & Electrical systems of Onshore/Offshore including 33KV GIS Substation.
● Erection/Installation, Site Acceptance Testing & Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Instrument & Electrical systems, Yokogawa Distributed Control System DCS (CENTUM VP) and Programmable Logic Controllers, HMIs, Fire & Alarm System, Signals Integration of Vendor Packages, Emergency Shutdown System (ESD), Fire & Gas System (FGS), Tank Gauging System (TGS), Cleaning Agent System (CAS), MOVIC, Motors & Its Variable Frequency Drives VFDs and its related instruments and Test Equipment’s Hart Communicator/Calibrator, VEGA & Honeywell Level Indicating Transmitters (LITs), Motorized Operated Valves (MOVs) Thermocouples, RTDs, PITs, FITs, MOVs, Solenoid valves, Sounder & Beacon, Encoders, Limit Switches, Laser sensors, Proximity Sensors, Level and Flow switches etc.
● Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Ras Markaz Crude Oil Park Project Duqm, Oman including 33KV Gas Insulated Substation (GIS) with 16MVA & 25MVA ONAN type Step Down Transformer of (Voltamp), Battery Banks and MCCs.
● Document review of Instrument Loop Drawings, Interconnection Drawings, Cause and Effect, Analogue, Digital I/Os List, Instrument Loop Testing Procedure and Site Acceptance Procedure.
● Working on Yokogawa Distributed Control System (DCS) and Siemens PLCs S7-1200 and S7-1500 with TIA Portal, Variable Frequency Drives of Siemens G120, Danfoss Drive FC302, Yaskawa and Lenze, Relay Logic control & installation of field instruments as major.
● Logic Diagrams & Instrument Hook-up Drawings, P&ID review, Control Valve, Data sheets, Control System Specification.
● Cold and Hold Loop Verification of Instruments.
● Commissioning & fixing field devices which do not communicate with the software by adjusting their node IDs and device version.
● Site supervision of Instrumentation construction including field instrumentation and control systems like control panel, PLC’s.
Responsible for Installation and Testing & Commissioning, Corrective & Preventive Maintenance of Instruments & Electrical systems.
● Maintain inventory & Spares of the Low Voltage and Medium Voltage cable manufacturing machines (Rod break down, Cable twisting, Cable laying, Cable extrusion machines and CCV Line.)
● Erection/Installation, On-Site Testing & Commissioning & Commissioning, Corrective and Preventive Maintenance of Instrument & Electrical systems including Programmable Logic Controllers, Motors & Its Variable Frequency Drives VFDs, HMIs and its related components Encoders, Thermocouples, Pressure Sensors, Temperature and Pressure Gauges, Pressure Transmitters, Limit Switches, Laser sensors, Proximity Sensors, Solenoid valves, level and Flow switches etc.
● Hands-on working experience of Siemens PLCs S7-1200 and S7-1500 with TIA Portal, Variable Frequency Drives of Siemens G120, Danfoss Drive FC302, Yaskawa and Lenze, Relay Logic control & installation of instruments (hookup drawings).
● Loop Diagrams, Logic Diagrams & Instrument Hook-up Drawings, P&ID review, Control Valve, Data sheets, Control System Specification.

Corrective Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance
Troubleshooting of PLCs, Drives (VFDs) and its related components (Thermocouples, Pressure Sensors, Limit Switches, Laser sensors, Proximity Sensors, Solenoid valves).
• Planning & supervision of all electrical installation, on site testing and commissioning of 500KV AIS, Gas turbine’s generator, Generator’s step-up transformers, Excitation system, Load Commutator Inverter, 11KV/400V switchgears, Protection systems and AC & DC systems (including UPS and Battery Discharge Test).
• Electrical Scheduled/Preventive Maintenance
• Design Review, analyzing technical drawings, interpreting specifications and determining the electrical requirements of a given project.
• Liaising with other engineers and clients to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Managing and monitoring all assigned electrical projects.

Planning & supervision of Electrical Erection/Installation, Supervision, Site Acceptance Testing & Commissioning of 300MW (3x100MW each Appolo, Best Green & Crest Energy) at Quaid-e-Azam Solar Park Bahawalpur, Pakistan.
• Performed on job training on 100MW Artuxi Solar Power Project in China.
• Supervised all electrical installation, on site testing and commissioning of 132KV AIS, 100MVA Transformers, 33KV Switchgears, 1000KW Box Type Inverters, Photovoltaic Modules and Power cables.
• Photovoltaic (PV) Module Brackets erection, low & high voltage cable laying, installation with PV Array Combiner Boxes and Anti-Reverse Diode Boxes
• Have been involved in the erection, testing and commissioning of the 132KV switchyard.
• Supervised the installation of the main Transformers of 100 MVA each, its fire protection SURGI system installation, dehydration of the oil type transformer and the Primary installation.
