• Preparation of consolidated Financial Statements by incorporating Associates & Subsidiaries. Review all Joint ventures Financial Statements (Redco Rizzani JV, Rizzani Lotte Redco JV, Redco Porr AKE JV, Redco Porr Vent City JV, Redco PSC JV, Redco Mecon W.l.l.) in order to taking care of interests of Redco shareholders. Review of Cost Sheet of all Projects. Review of Variance Statement & Cost & Benefit analysis for main project activities. Review of Fixed Assets Reporting. Review of General Ledger for appropriate recognition. Liaison with Internal and External Auditor for the relevant reporting.
• Preparation of Forecasted Cash Flow statement, Forecasted Profit & Loss Account & Forecasted Financial Position of the project in coordination with Estimation, Procurement & Design Department after incorporating reasonable basis of estimates and in case of disagreement on reasonability of basis of estimates, the analysis of unreasonable basis of estimate shall be given to all concerned departments.
• Assistance to CFO on evaluation of financial reporting systems & accounting procedure after every 3 Months and make recommendations on amendments in accounting software like development of additional tools or reports in ERP systems, addition or deletion of resources so as to achieve 3Es in financial reporting systems & accounting procedures.
• Evaluation of investment activities of the company for reporting to shareholders and CFO of the company. This evaluation includes financial commentary on key performance indicators, critical success factors, analysis on main constraints on achievement of required performance, ratio analysis comparison with industry acceptable indicators.
• Take interview for the recruitment of staff in finance department along with HR Manager & CFO.
• In case of acquisition or Merger, estimation of net worth of the entity after coordinating the due diligence assignment with Valuator.
• Preparation of financial feasibility on investment decision. Preparation of capital appraisal on purchasing of high value assets. Development of ‘Public Private Partnership Financial model’ in coordination with hired financial consultant for Qatar Government tender.
• Act as liaison between Redco International and its shareholders by responding to shareholders representatives on their queries related to financial performance and financial position of the company and inclusion of CFO remarks (if required).
- Act as liaison between Redco International and its banks (provider of finance) by responding to their queries in relation to financial collateral given in the financing arrangement or in relation to their financial review on quarterly and annual basis.
