Economic growth or decline, population shifts and purchasing behavior changes present US retailers and Pakistani vendors with a changing landscape around which to design the most effective network and co-ordination.
The potential benefits for retailers associated of direct to store distribution include stock out and lost sales avoidance, transportation cost reduction and inventory carrying cost reduction.
