To prepare documentation for goods receive and issue for one or more of the following activity.
•Co-ordinate with Shipping officer for container arrival schedule to plan and receive goods
•Establish forms and procedure for receiving goods and issuing to departments.
•Monitor the inventory in 3PL warehouse / External warehouse.
•To manage the stock movement from 3PL to the store
•To lead, evaluation of new requirements in the automated stocks management system and the enhancement of the existing systems. Training the inventory control team to perform evaluation of automated stocks management system.
•Training and coaching staff to identify, communicate and coordinate disposition and removal of idle, excess, and obsolete stocks and maintain inventory accuracy.
•Contributes to team effort by leading departmental or intra-departmental teams to improve stocks management functions and service levels.
•Make physical versus system inventory integrity.
•Maintain the company’s stores and records;
•Maintain an inventory list manually until the (EXCEED) system is implemented;
•Managing an Account of a client for their inbound/outbound
•Manage Order Processing and Dispatches, with Warehouse and Transport Dept,
•Provide management information in a timely manner.
•Co-ordination with Finance for monthly billing.
•Supervise & Co-ordinate warehouse activities including inventory and to ensure that all Inbound & Distribution requirements of LOGISTICS happen in timely manner, as per the agreed service level
