• Facilitate requisition of materials and equipment needed in every project.
• Contact suppliers and send out price inquiries for price comparison
• Negotiate with suppliers for discounts prior to any purchasing or rental of materials and equipment.
• Assist in preparing technical submittal for proposed projects that requires approval of consultants.
• Prepare payment requests for new suppliers and apply credit facilities.

• Monitor and certify the submission of Confirmatory Pile Bearing Data Report and Regular Pile Bearing Report from different bridge constructions.
• Conduct inspection of bridges subject for reconstruction or rehabilitation
• Conduct inspections of laboratory equipments of contractors requesting for certification to bid.
• Prepare briefing materials for presentation of the Regional Director.
• Prepare various technical communications to different government agencies
• Conduct inspections on projects that have impacts on the environment. Also, assist in the orientation in organizing a Multi-Partite Monitoring Team for every road project undertaken by the agency.
• Prepare quantity take off on small concrete projects such as riprap works and drainage works.
• Person In-charge for updating accomplishment of every scope of work within the project
• Coordinate with engineers of subcontractor and main contractor, regarding project implementation or any revisions on the design that may occur during construction.
• Encode data taken from the soil testing of different sites within the project area.
