• Facilitate requisition of materials and equipment needed in every project.
• Contact suppliers and send out price inquiries for price comparison
• Negotiate with suppliers for discounts prior to any purchasing or rental of materials and equipment.
• Assist in preparing technical submittal for proposed projects that requires approval of consultants.
• Prepare payment requests for new suppliers and apply credit facilities.
• Prepare monthly billing to main contractors
• Coordinate with couriers for material shipment from other countries.
Prepare correspondence to suppliers, clients and other offices.
• Prepare monthly reports of the on-going projects under the Regional Impact Project section.
• Review and edit Resident Engineer’s Weeky Report submitted by the engineers from the project site.
• Attend monthly meetings conducted on the different project sites.

• Teach engineering subjects to students under the Engineering and Architecture Division.
• Conduct exams and quizzes on students relative to the subjects discussed.
• Prepare quantity take off on items covered under interiors, refurbishment projects and loose furniture.
• Prepare costing for quantified items in preparation for purchasing.
• Prepare inventory documents on projects for turnover.
• Prepare tender documents for proposed projects both private and government undertakings.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and program of work for multi-purpose buildings, school buildings and bridges.
• Review detailed cost estimates and program of work for different structural projects.
• Review and evaluate drawing plans of different structural projects such as bridge, highway and vertical structures.
• Checking the conformity of the “As-Staked” Plans with the original plans for the constructed bridges.
• Monitor and certify the submission of Confirmatory Pile Bearing Data Report and Regular Pile Bearing Report from different bridge constructions.
• Conduct inspection of bridges subject for reconstruction or rehabilitation
• Conduct inspections of laboratory equipments of contractors requesting for certification to bid.
• Prepare briefing materials for presentation of the Regional Director.
• Prepare various technical communications to different government agencies
• Conduct inspections on projects that have impacts on the environment. Also, assist in the orientation in organizing a Multi-Partite Monitoring Team for every road project undertaken by the agency.
• Prepare quantity take off on small concrete projects such as riprap works and drainage works.
• Person In-charge for updating accomplishment of every scope of work within the project
• Coordinate with engineers of subcontractor and main contractor, regarding project implementation or any revisions on the design that may occur during construction.
• Encode data taken from the soil testing of different sites within the project area.
Urban and Regional Planning course studies the comprehensive planning techniques of countries, cities and municipalities. I graduated second in class.
