o Follow up on Life and Personal Accidents renewals to achieve the quota target.
o Process accidents and death claims and follow up on the requirements to issue checks for the beneficiary.
o Check applications given to agents and do the auditing every quarter of the year.
o Work on the contests on monthly basis and study the gaps and the results achieved by each agent.
o Terminate agents’ codes who resign or who are not active.
o Re-code policies from terminated agents to active agents.
