• Evaluating various types of available RFID readers including active and passive types for the NHA e-toll project. Overseeing the installation and implementation of state of the art RFID based electronics tolling system.

NHA e-Toll Project
• Installed RFID based electronics tolling system at 9 sites catering to 20, 000 cars daily for National Highway Authority, Pakistan.

Vehicle Access Control System
• Installed passive RFID system integrated with security alarm, road blockers and CCTV.
• Infrared (IR) transmitter and receiver’s design using PIC microcontrollers and M-8870 DTMF receiver.
eQMS System
• Developed in-house queue management system based on standalone PnP system using PLC at minimal rates and operational in 400 NRCs.

Datacenter for NADRA Networks
• Liaised with Huawei for the design and development of new 50 rack datacenter with an estimated project cost of $ 6M as well as accomplished data center relocation project including End of Life (EOL) devices.
• Effectively planned the entire infrastructure build outs as well as involved in project meetings to collect infrastructure requirements including copper connections, fiber connections, type of connections, power requirements, cooling and capacity requirements and weight specifications.
• Supervised vendors and administered project pricing through effective utilization of competitive bidding process.
• Successfully contrived swing environment to actively accommodate 600 legacy servers and 300 new HP blade.
Access and Attendance System in NADRA Headquarters
• Futronics FS21M attendance and access system was installed at 10 stations.
Physical Security Design of Presidency of Pakistan
• Designed foolproof security system as well as biometrics based access control systems and a plan for physical security system.
• Oversaw installation of 8 dual turnstiles and 2 wheelchair accessible gates with an access control and CCTV NVR system.
Security Access Control of National Assembly of Pakistan
SCAC Project with UNDP
• Formulated RFP for electrification plan of 45 UNDP - SCAC sites.
• Developed tender technical specification for 45 units of diesel generators & online 3KVA UPS.
Iris Scanner at National Data Ware House
• Served as key member of Technical Evaluation Committee

Highlights:
• Played a pivotal role in the accreditation process of Rachna College of Engineering and Technology, (RCET) Gujranwala with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
• Actively organized college’s first festival.

Key Responsibilities:
• Served as the Act Head of the Electrical Engineering Department and delivered several courses on Electronics 1, 2 & 3, Electrical Network Analysis, Electromagnetic Theory, Electrical Instrumentation, Microwave Theory and Optical Techniques and Digital Fundamentals.
• Reviewed, restructured and innovated processes, procedures and execution methodologies to ensure all trainees attain international standards of compatibility.
