I- In the Financial field:
a. Preparing the annual budget for INJAZ Lebanon
b. Developing proposals to donors (Experience with the EU, MEPI)
c. Designing the whole projects’ financial reporting forms and managing grants closely
d. Supporting the Executive Director in managing the organization’s financial performance against budget and operational goals
e. Internal audit of the accounts
f. Supporting on the fiscal and legal matters including preparing and following-up on annual government needed audits with the lawyer, ministries and others
g. Preparing the financial reports, monthly or as needed including reports to donors and to the Board of Directors
II- In the Human Resources field:
a. Managing all staff related matters (time sheets, annual leaves, contracts, attestations, …)
b. Updating staff files (payroll, NSSF, salary tax, …)
c. Preparing the payroll for staff members
d. Supporting in staff recruitment (posting job descriptions, reviewing CVs, preparing job offers and contracts)
e. Designing and implementing the staff Appraisal System
f. Maintaining data on recruitment activities, applicant flow, interviews, hires, promotion and resignation or terminations
g. Ensuring a proper implementation of HR policies and procedures to maintain a healthy working environment
h. Supporting temporary internship programs
III- In the Administrative field:
a. Creating the Standard Operating Procedures of the Organization
b. Managing suppliers’ contracts
c. Managing, monitoring and increasing the efficiency of support services (IT, Audit, and Accounting) through coordination and communication between support and organization
d. Providing assistance with travel arrangements and travel reports (tickets, hotel bookings, petty cash and reimbursements)
e. Organizing all events’ logistics in terms of catering, supplies and transportation
I- In the Financial field:
a. Chart of Account Creation based on Company’s needs
b. Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Financial Reports preparation
c. Meetings with Clients for checking their requirements before issuing any proposal
d. Feasibility studies and project costing
e. Overdraft facility Management and Interests calculation
f. Internal Budgeting for the Monthly Expenses and Yearly Situation of the company
g. Daily data entry control to be ready for Declarations and Reports
II- In the Accounting & Administrative field:
a. Daily Entries (Purchases, Expenses, Depreciation, Revenues and others)
b. Bank Reconciliation
c. Confirmation Balances for 3rd Parties’ accounts
d. Taxation Preparation and Declaration (Tax on Salaries, VAT, Income Tax)
e. Social Security Preparation and Declaration
f. Payroll Preparation
g. Minutes of Meeting Preparation
h. Creation of standard operating procedures & Documentation of these procedures on Visio

a. Daily data entry control to be ready for Declarations and Reports
b. Financial System Evaluation with the External Auditor
c. Quarterly and yearly Financial Reports preparation
d. Feasibility studies and project costing preparation

a. Daily Entries (Purchases, Expenses, Depreciation, Revenues and others)
b. Bank Reconciliation
c. Confirmation Balances for 3rd Parties’ accounts
d. Taxation Preparation and Declaration (Tax on Salaries, VAT, Income Tax)
e. Social Security Preparation and Declaration
f. Payroll Preparation
g. Quotation request from Suppliers and Purchasing
h. Quotation issuance for Clients and follow up

a. Conducting Researches, Analyzing data in hand and making business recommendations
b. Systems Preparation and Implementation
c. Reports Preparation
II- In the Audit field:
a. Controlling daily data entry to be ready for Declarations and Reports
b. Evaluating Financial Systems and making recommendations
c. Supervising Inventory when needed - If Asked
d. Taxation Preparation
e. Social Security Preparation
f. Financial Reports Preparation
g. Audit Reports preparation to be presented to the Board of Directors discussing the Company’s Situation
