▪ Perform and support the daily management of department duties.

▪ Tracking and reporting of hours and schedules for staff.
▪ Follow up and solve process-related area issues, as required.
▪ Improve flow of order through the area.
▪ Take complete ownership of the team’s fleet management.
▪ Support the Operations Manager by ensuring there is sufficient resourcing for your
function, including call outs for training needs, absence and performance management,
coaching and continuous monitoring of department productivity.
Directly reporting to the Managing Directors.
Provides direction for systems improvements and changes to operational requirements.
Making the e Tokens in/out in Dubai Trade for containers to move from the Port.
Arranging Vehicles by having coordination with the drivers for Deliveries to the customers on urgent basis.
Responsible for all the day to day Logistics Operations.
Arranging the containers from port to the warehouse in the last-minute rush to avoid the Port and Shipping line’s (storage/Demurrage) charges.
Clearings the container’s customs Inspections from DP World.
Oversee day-to-day operations of finished goods and raw material warehouse. Directs the operations of the warehouse team to achieve objectives.
Having coordination with the customers on global basis for the deliveries.
Good Knowledge of the Storage/Demurrage Charges in the port and Shipping Lines.
Assist Manager in day-to-day coordination and management of business operational activities.
Monitor, control and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
Liaise between customer and management to ensure smooth operations delivery.
Coordinate and manage project tasks to ensure project delivery within allotted budget and timelines.
Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures
Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
Provide direction and guidance to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
Identify problems in operations process and resolve them in quickly and timely manner.
Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
Bachelor's Degree in Business
