Key Accountabilities - Quality Coordinator of Rehabilitation Department:
• Identifying improvement priorities based on evidence, best practices, and regulatory requirements with Rehab staff in both the in-patient and outpatient settings.
• Ensured all staff complies with the accreditation for CBAHI and JCI
• Assure working with high standers of documentation and outcome measures.

Key Accountabilities - P.T.I:
• Offering compassionate services to patients with complex neurological symptoms, diagnosed neurological conditions and stroke in the outpatient and inpatient setting.
• Driven by the motive of guiding patients towards regular life post a bout of illness, delivering a holistic approach in providing modern rehabilitative services backed by the latest technology and evidence-based practices.
• Providing advice and guidance on treatment options including the development of core life skills and empowering them to pursue their dreams and reach their potential with tailored support.
• Maintaining to the highest skills in treating neuro cases, enabling individuals with complex needs to live safe, happy and fulfilling lives. Additionally, providing weekend cover for ICU, Medical, orthopedic and neurological cases.
• Offering with a care plan which is person-centered, evidence-based and goal-directed for a targeted episode of care.

Served as a P.T.I and rotated through several departments including neuro-rehabilitation unit (7months), acute neuro in-patient service (7 months), pediatric area out and in-patient services (1 year), orthopedic in-patient/Out-patients service (4 months each), Intensive critical care units (2013-2016), Quality Project For Early Mobilization of medical ICU patient. (May 2013-May 2014). Burn Units (6 months) and Stroke Unit (2012-2017).

• Planned, developed, organized, implemented, evaluated, and directed physical therapy to help patients resume a healthier, happier, and more functional lifestyle in a timely fashion.
• Focused on changing the lives of patients by providing the highest level of care each day to achieve transformational and sustainable outcome improvement.
• Provided expert specialist rehabilitation services to patients with neurological/orthopedic/burn conditions resulting from injury, illness or disease, achieving life-changing, evidence-based outcomes.
• Maintained treatment records of the patients effectively in requisite database/files/folders. Conducted meticulous follow-up with patients to complete the designed treatments.
