Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process, verify and maintain documentation relating to personnel activities such as
staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
- Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or
eligibility of applicants.
- Creating & maintaining of employee files, contract amendments, finalize records and
clearance for departing staff & ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
- Handle overall licensing process of the facility and healthcare professionals - license
application, renewal, transfer, dataflow.
- Manage staff schedules, process leave requests, process monthly payroll of staff and
maintain reports.
- Monitor staff attendance and compute overtime.
- Complying consistently with facility policies, procedures and practices and ensuring
alignment with HAAD facility policies.
- Work with department heads to ensure that each employee understands their job
description, the desired results associated with their work, and the resources available
to achieve the results.
- Completing and maintaining regulatory requirements including licensure and
certification and other mandatory training within established time frames.
- Ensuring consistency in the application of all HR policies and procedures.
- Participates in committees, task forces that are interdisciplinary or interdepartmental.
- Coordinating the in-house and external training activities of the Medical as well as
management staff and maintaining records of trainings.
- Maintains on-site Medical Records administration and ensuring that all government
and DOH regulations governing the release of information is followed.
