Currently working in the capacity of Business Analyst directly reporting to CEO.
Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Recruitment of C-Level candidates and core team for the Real Estate Development Co.
- Ensuring the operations of the company are being carried out smoothly by providing Admin, HR and IT support to
the team with authority given by the CEO.
- Assisting the CEO is managing the RFP’s floated to engage Strategy and Business planning, financial, operational
and assets restructuring advisory consultant.
- Planning, Coordination and follow up on all ongoing projects of the company.
- Ensuring that the policies and procedures for all the department are developed and implemented efficiently.
- Developing KPIs and monthly monitoring for all staff.
- Arranging Excom, Real Estate Committee and Board Meetings.
- Tracking all the strategic initiatives to achieve the objectives set by the Board.
- Arranging business trips of delegations visiting our Company or our delegation traveling out of Kingdom.
Worked as an Operations Manager assisting the CEO in setting up Real Estate Development Co.
Responsibilities are as follows but not limited to:
- Recruitment of C-Level candidates for the new company

- Project Coordinator for ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX) implementation

- Preparation of Board and Executive Committee presentations.
- Drafting of Board and Excom Minutes of Meetings.
- Follow up on actions assigned by Board and Executive Committee.
- Monthly tracking of all the Strategic initiatives assigned by the Board, Excom and CEO.

Worked as Customer Service Officer (Corporate support) in Wholesale Banking Central Area as well as assisted the Country Head during his visits to Riyadh. Following were the main responsibilities as Customer Service Officer but not limited to:
- Managed all type of loans (MTL, STL, LCR, PPF, etc)
- Prepared LC & LG routing slips for obtaining Credit Committee approvals.
- Answered client queries.
- Prepared Documents Clearance Certificates and logging in the Credit Department.
- Provide Account Statements, Exposure Report and other report/information to clients.
