o SAMA’s ERP (SAP) - ERP Business suite and part of it were the Bloomberg rates, payroll and AP payments which integrated to the banking operations: I'm responsible for the project scope, requirements, determine the dependencies, identifying process ownership that related to banking operations, lead & manage the prepare & explore workshops among SAMA’s IT, SAP and business.
o SAMA’s Core Banking (SAP) - support the following areas: Account Management, payment engine, CRM, payment reconciliation, Cash management, Cash distribution and LOC: I’m working with the team to select the products, vendors & the implementation approaches, working with the vendors to determine manpower & man-days, working with business & vendor to define the scope, best practice, solution design, cost, time and implementation approach.
o Single Treasury Account (part of Vision 2030)- utilize the technology & re-engineer the processes related to the government payment orders and revenues to enable MOF to have an accurate and instant cash positioning.

The idea of this project is to insure that Alrajhi System is smart enough to include all purposes that match the remitter type and beneficiary too, and smart enough to ask the remitter to provide the beneficiary details if it wasn’t available in the system. The information have to be accurate to achieve Anti Money Laundering & Combating Terrorist Financing (AML / CTF): I was fully responsible for the workshops, gathering the requirements, documenting Business Requirements (BRD), taking the approval from all concerned department, review and approve the vendor proposal and following up the project status with IT department.

o Tahweel on-line Remittance Portal: Currently Alrajhi send more than 1.5 mio remittance transactions to banks worldwide through E-pay (Covering about 68%) & Swift (Covering about 32%). Alrajhi need a faster way with less cost. Since many correspondents banks want to have arrangement with us to connect host to host, we came up with portal host to host connection. The goal of this project is it will save time and money for Alrajhi, the remittance will be instance and the cost will be less for the long term: My role was to come up and study the idea carefully, start making in advanced agreements with some of Alrajhi correspondents banks, assign the roles to the concerned departments, creating the accounting cycle for all different kinds of remittance transactions documenting Business Requirements (BRD) and business processes, taking the approval from all concerned departments, review and approve the vendor proposal and following up the project status with IT department.

o Fibers To The home (FTTH): It was a national scale project divided into four phases with a budget exceeding two billions Saudi Riyal. The objective was to make a transformational change in the internet connectivity for all users around the kingdom with a more robust and fast connection.
I was in charge of understanding business and technical requirements, suggest and design the best procedure to apply this service, link systems with each other’s through interface (API), write down the structure and the screens and test scenarios, apply new services (FTTH) functions, screens, files and the interface, test the new service and launch the system. Also, provide support for post-launch if needed.

o Integrate STC’s black list system with SIMAH: Objective was to connect STC with SIMAH to add/ delete STC customers into/from SIMAH information systems.
I was in charge of understanding the requirements, suggest and design the best procedure to link STC with SIMAH to add/delete STC customers into/from SIMAH Blacklist automatically, act as the main point of contact between STC and SIMAH and manage the process between them, write testing scenarios, test the system, and close the project after accept the final testing.
