In my current work profile I am responsible for all Food Safety, Quality Control, Quality Assurance and overall plant Hygiene Audits. Apart from this I have been an active member in product development team for the R&D. I also have the responsibility of carrying out online Testings required to make sure that the product is running as per the standard regulations etc.

. Monitoring of CIP and Sanitation activity of production lines and manufacturing faciliyty

Documents all evaluation/audits results using established formats such as Process Inspection

Verbally call the attention of all those concerned regarding a problem situation/variation
