➢ Monitoring all warehouse activities, handling inventory, receiving, storage, retrieval, near expiry, destruction, proper documentation, coordination.
➢ Keep track of all materials received, Issued, pending receipt and maintain proper record for the same
➢ Proper coordination and communication with End-users and expeditors regarding new shipments, inspection, etc.
➢ Ensure all materials are clearly labelled with PO number and other required Project markings
➢ Issuing materials to the end users at any time as per emergency call off even after working hours
and weekend off days.
➢ Issuing materials only in required quantities against proper reservation provided by EU.
➢ Manage the materials Return to Vendor (MDR) after rejection by EU at the time of inspection.
➢ Conducting Physical Verification of all daily consumable materials on weekly basis such as PPE
(safety shoe, safety helmet, Earmuff, Safety Goggles, Hand Gloves, Surgical Mask) & Gas
Cylinders(Argon, N2, Oxygen, Acetylene) Etc. and submitting report to the MM team for call off.
➢ Conducting Safety toolbox Talk on every day with team members.
➢ Oversee housekeeping and inventory stock checks as required
➢ Ensure that all documents are available on the time of receiving materials such as PO, DO, Safety
date sheet, MTC etc.
➢ Ensure effective and timely reconciliation and disposal of surplus project materials
➢ Provide support and guidance to other team members and assist with their development
➢ Support Warehouse Supervisor as necessary, acting stand in as required
➢ Manage all materials between Expediting function, Suppliers & Service providers to ensure safe
and timely delivery including the issue of Material Movement.
➢ Responsible for control of work, ensure that tasks are conducted safely through risk-based
assessment, method statements, permit etc.
➢ Conducting ABC cycle count on yearly basis.
➢ Proper Documentation for all 101, 103, 104, 105, 124, 261, 262, 961, 962, LI11N, LX17, 311, 309
transactions for inventory & Audit purpose.
➢ Monitoring Damaged, Expired materials on monthly basis and transfer to the redununt store
location through 311 in SAP and physically
➢ Ensure that if any Materials relocated or transfers are clearly recorded and updated in SAP.
➢ Closely work with material engineers to ensure that materials are available for as per the
scheduled plan and taking a approval from them, if any other plant team required the material
from our warehouse.
➢ Storing materials as per storage recommendation from EU like diaphragm, O rings, Electrical
materials etc. should be store under Air conditioning and Valves, Pipes, gaskets are storing under
normal temperature.
➢ Keep on monitoring the staffs are binning and storing the materials in a proper way for Eg;-
Rotating equipment’s Shaft should be stored vertically and if it is butterfly valve we can stored vertically or horizontally but should be take precaution means always covered with good way and open it on the time of installation.

 Maintains inventory by conducting monthly physical counts, reconciling variances, inputting data.

 Update stock levels to sales team, get requirements for stocks in external warehouse to meet demand of their weekly monthly sales target.
 Regular basis remain in contact with shipping department for upcoming shipments and accordingly maintain storage/man power/ receiving.
 Control inventory as per company policies and adjust normal and multi packs stocks level as per requirement of sales division.
 Warehouse shift management, staff placements, utilizing, maintain warehouse equipments.
 Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting break downs; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
 Supervise fleet of 260 vehicles of different types, 3 Ton7 Ton, 9 and 12 Tons along with heavy trailers in all aspects which including area passing, Registrations, renewal and maintenance.
 Supervise independently distributions centre, well aware about cost effective delivery schedules.
 Maintaining 1200 invoices deliveries in all parts of Emirates.
 Direct reporting 230staffs of distribution canter including drivers, helpers and team leaders.
 Follow for cheque and cash collection invoices.
 Route planning, assigning appropriate food passing vehicles for each part of emirates delivery.
 Control cost of delivery by monitoring CBM loaded.
