My working includes the following tasks,
 Handling of sales and purchase too local and also for the export parties in Qatar, Oman, Bahrain, Saudi & Kuwait. Making all the documentation for the export sales.
 Reviewing the Petty Cash Reports of head office and warehouse.
 Making report for the pending invoices.
 Customers Reconciliation, Suppliers Reconciliation & also the banks Reconciliation.
 Making monthly reports for the CEO understanding of Total sales in terms of parties in terms of locations in terms of products and also in terms of comparison with previous month for the percentage increase.
 Aging report for the receivables and separating the bad debts from receivables.
 Stock reconciliation by visiting the warehouses for the physical appearance of actual stock available.
 Helping the External Auditor for the Annual Audit Reports.
 Also making the purchase orders for our suppliers in turkey and dealing with the UAE port for the clearance of the container to make it available urgent for the avoidance of shortage of stock.
 Coordinating with the customers for any issue that arises while reconciling or making sales.
 Stock reconciliation handling individually.
 Working for monthly salary of more than 100peoples in my company by using WPS and Cash Salary.
 Handling the team of three Accountant, and directly reporting to CEO & CFO.
 Handled the implementation of new ERP software NetSuite that is web based software.

I was working as an Junior Auditor in the Audit and Assurance Department, where I am involved in the Internal Audit, MIS, Book Keeping & Other different tasks related to the audit.

✓ I have worked for the book keeping of different clients of my firm by visiting clients offices and also by receiving their records regarding their all transactions and record them in the Fox pro and Oracle Accounting Software.
✓ I have also work on the different Internal audit assignments along with my seniors where I have checked their controls on their different departments and also checked the approval of the vouchers along with the proper recording of sales and purchases of the clients and at the end the proper internal audit report is also issued for the discrepancies arose during the internal audit tenure.

✓ I have also work on the stock taking of the different clients where I have physically checked the availability of the items and raw materials that is recorded in the accounts of the company. This id done by me for the purpose of External Audit.
✓ I also gained presentation skills one due to my Project for BSc and second by the preparation of the Internal Audit Reports which makes my presentation skills better.
