• Lead team of accounts payable and accounts receivable & supervising all payments related to HR (Payroll), petty cash, suppliers and cash collections related to clients etc.
• Prepare & Analyze weekly reports related to customer collection
• Analyze monthly financial information and summarizes financial status into Financial Statements.
• Involved in Budget making and departmental forecasts
• Performing full cycle of Payroll process for 800+, multi-state, hourly and salaried employees on a monthly basis through oracle financial system.
• Preparation of Payroll Journal entries related to Accrued salary expense, Provision for Leave salary & Gratuity, Staff current account and General Insurance accounts (GOSI) in Oracle financial modules, e.g. AP, AR, and Payroll.
• Integrates and reconciles salaried and represented payroll data to the general ledger control accounts.
• Prepare month and quarter-end payroll reports, facilitate accurate year-end payroll reporting
• Ensuring payments are made on time and bank system is checked for errors or delays.
• Interact with all levels of employees, answering questions regarding payroll and any new policy that hit Payroll department
• Liaise with HR regarding staff appointments, terminations and other relevant matters including final settlements, GOSI Insurance clearances
• Processing Salary Advances and Loans as required
• Working with internal and external auditors to gather information/documents, review processes, schedule
• Meetings, resolve issues, and ensure any gaps are remedied.
• Monitor and controls accounting related to financial reporting systems, emphasis on oracle modules payroll, AR and AP.
• Recommends changes in payroll policies and procedures.
• Reporting directly to Finance Manager and Admin Manager as a Key representative of Payroll department

on monthly basis and finalize all of them into Yearly ended Financial Statements

• In depth understanding and working knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), reporting and disclosure requirements under different applicable standards, rules & regulations.

I assist, conduct and coordinate the interim and final audit of Pakistan Television Corporation (PTV), the only Government channel in Pakistan, with my competent team
