OMNI-JOB:
Provided very efficient and highly cost-effective, head hunting services, focused on middle to senior executive positions. We used Psychometric Personality Profiling (testing), and conducted an initial screening interview before presenting
short-list of suitable candidates to our client for their final selection interview via online virtual meeting (video conferencing).

- Alliance was established in 1996 in the USA.
- I joined Alliance and started its Lebanon operation in 2001, then its Saudi operation in 2005.
- Alliance specialized in front-liner performance development, via a customized, competency-based training program prepared exclusively per the discovered needs of the trainees.
- By 2007, we had over 50 certified trainers/consultants working in the M.E. region: Jordan, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Syria and Lebanon.
- I trained my two teams “in-the-field” so to experience training first hand, and many became certified trainers.
- I spearheaded my two teams (Lebanon and Saudi Arabia) in the training programs that we conducted for our clients.

- I headed both, the underwriting and policy-production teams.
- I ceded risk placement with international reinsurers.
- I conducted product training to sales agents and brokers.
- I provided field support to sales agents and brokers, in their visits to potential clients.
- I priced the Individual and Group Insurance business and tenders.
- With advisory support from the President/GM, I edited the medical insurance coverage and exclusions terms in our standard policies.
- I contracted with the TPA (Third Party Hospital Administrators) and visited hospitals with their management to widen the scope of coverage in the various regions of Lebanon.
- I was fully responsible for the profitability of the healthcare insurance division; and we were profitable whereas the majority of insurance companies suffered losses in their medical business.

1. FMCG distribution: I owned three chiller-vans that distributed FMCG products to supermarkets and mini-markets. I contracted with FMCG importers and local food industries for exclusivity rights to sell to mini-markets in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

2. Jewelry Watches - import and sale: I imported watches that contained semi-precious stones, and sold them to jewelers and watch retailers.

- Simon - Hong Kong made semi-precious stone watches
- Colani - Swiss, hand-made watches
- Dispo Watch - real, disposable, fun watches

- At the time, "The Blue Tower" was probably the most exclusive business address in Abu Dhabi, built to high-class standards.
- I targeted marketing the Tower with corporations and embassies, and succeeded in filling it up in 9 months, whereas the owners expected it would require 2 years to fill.

- Responsible for the team handling the placement and loading of manufactured pipes in the yard and onto tractor trailers.
- Contracting with inland transportation companies for the timely and regular pickup and delivery of our manufactured pipes to construction sites and to sister factories in the Gulf region.
- Prepare and legalize all export documentation (Certificate of Origin, Shipping List, Export Invoice, and Export Delivery Note) for manufactured pipes exiting the UAE to other destinations.

- Sell the SGTC’s inland trucking services.
- Achieved sales of SR 1 Million / month on average, all year-round.
- Liaised with sister company, SCC on related business (customs clearance at seaports, and the handling of containers).
