tendering, business development, legal management contracts, administration, HR, accounts / finance, and QHSE.
Directed and executed ISO certification as well as adhered strict H&S policies / procedures to gain QHSE certification.
● Achieved 100% increase in sales to approx. $45M increase in profitability over 2 year of period from joining.
● Contributed to implementing project of the Oman Botanical Garden worth $120M, water / sewerage projects in value

● Prepared 3 years business plan and performed various activities to develop strategic alliances / partnerships with major
international contractors through entering into JV / Consortium agreements.
Provided commercial and contractual support to various ongoing EPC projects namely:
• Qatar Petroleum - Rag & Flare Mitigation project; duties comprised contract admisntration with QP, preparation and negotiating variations, preparation of EOT and delay + disruption claims in conjunction with claims consultants. Final settlement with client of variations and EOT after invoking Dispute resolution clause
• KOC Kuwait Facility upgrade & relocation; Provided procurement support on major equipment purchase
• Oman PDO Harweel project; Provided procurement support on major equipment purchase
• Egypt Khalda Petroleum project; Identification of subcontract packages with project team, floating for subcontract enquiries and evaluation of bids.

I also provided support to proposal teams inclusive of review to contract terms and conditions, risk review, as well as establishing standard purchase terms and conditions project wise and negotiating with all major vendors the final purchase terms and conditions applicable to all M&E equipment procurement purchase orders.
As Head of Subcontracts I established and developed this new department within Petrofac organisation. Managing a dedicated staff of contracts engineers and quantity surveyors of various disciplines totalling circa 15; duties included subcontracts management starting at proposal stage and spanning through the bidding period, subcontract award and subcontract execution up to close out.
• Managing the Contracts department that handled on-going projects in Lebanon thst comprised Baalbeck W/S project (final contract value circa 32 Mill US$) Doha/Aramoun Infra project (value circa 17 Mill US$) Beirut suburb infrastructure ( value circa 20 Mill US$); duties inlcuded preparation and negotiation of claims and final accounts on completed projects
• Managing the proposals department in Beirut that caters for bids submitted by the Zakhem group of companies worlwide and.
• Managed the implementation in the company of “Timberline”, a leading construction industry software for multidisciplinary construction cost estimating.
