I also provided support to proposal teams inclusive of review to contract terms and conditions, risk review, as well as establishing standard purchase terms and conditions project wise and negotiating with all major vendors the final purchase terms and conditions applicable to all M&E equipment procurement purchase orders.

As Head of Subcontracts I established and developed this new department within Petrofac organisation. Managing a dedicated staff of contracts engineers and quantity surveyors of various disciplines totalling circa 15; duties included subcontracts management starting at proposal stage and spanning through the bidding period, subcontract award and subcontract execution up to close out.
