HQ is in Egypt nd stationed in UAE, Dubai for the International business for the Company called Speaking International General Trading; - Travelling between Egypt and UAE mainly for running the Commercial Activities of the group on the level of UAE and USA of course in addition to Egypt;
Current Products: Grains, Home Appliances, house ware, FMCG, Food, Construction Material, processed food + Free Lance Consultant and IBM Instructor for PROJECT Management, Marketing and Sales Courses and the franchising Business in GCC and Egypt - In charge for the Egyptian and the International Markets and especially the GCC commercial Sector for the whole group products; - In charge and direct management and handling for the UAE market and also the GCC especially for the FMCG and franchising and most of the time in UAE and Egypt and 10% every where else. - Reporting to the Chairman. - Managing & heading the franchising & exports personally. - Conducting major deals + agent appointments in each of GCC, Middle East, Europe and African Countries+ USA; - Doing necessary plans for Developing the organization activities and territories and products - Work with the company in relation to different tasks:  Restructure the different companies departments and activities based on time targets and goals.  Sharing the Marketing department in Routing, merchandising and auditing strategies, plans and pricing as well for more than 7000 out lets and key accounts.  Increasing the performance of the staff working and facing the customers by conducting filed training and refreshment training for human skills development.  Measuring the performance appraisal of the group of companies of the staff.  Establishing branches for the GC. In different African and Arab countries.  Conducting training programs which increases the performance of the staff and awareness and lead to the increasing of the overall productivity of the company.  Increasing the local and international market share of the Group by working very closely with the sales and marketing team works and with profits.  Appointed Local Distributors through 26 governorates and established three branches as well. - - Contributed to the negotiations of the major contracts as well as exhibitions an media promotional activities are concerned. - Participated personally in high-level negotiations with the major customers and banks. - Managed and supervised the export and import activities. - Used to be responsible for assisting clients in developing, assessing, seeking findings and funds, implementing, and monitoring and managing small retail business opportunities.
