• Act as a business partner, subject matter expert, advisor and coach regarding business decisions including: Workforce planning and talent acquisition, Mobility, HR Policy application and interpretation, Diversity, equality & inclusion, Remuneration and reward, Organizational design, Talent management, succession planning, retention, engagement, Employee relations and legal issues
• Manage life-cycle of employment from onboarding to exits
• Establish base salaries for new hires and promotions using market data and established compensation strategy
• Participate in the implementation of organization-wide programs and initiatives
• Develop, maintain and recommend changes to meet the needs of the organization
• Participate in the annual performance management process, and providing training as necessary
• Maintain and foster business relationships to enable collaboration with all levels of the organization ensuring a high level of customer service
• Act as a true business partner to our Business Leaders and Stakeholders, providing relevant and timely coaching and advice, challenging and influencing behaviors and acting as a business ally
• Work with leaders to encourage and foster a high performing culture
• Implement and maintain Human Resources and Employee Relations policies and processes as required
• Ensuring client satisfaction through responsiveness, follow-up, and thorough communications
