Sirafi Mega Mall Opened the first Bath & Body Works in Jeddah city as store manager leading 24 new employees including Managers, Sales Associate, Senior Sales Floor, All employee of the above was new, and next to store manager responsibility I was responsible to train the team on product knowledge, Company policy along with a guideline of the international brand team guidelines, VM and operation brand team.

Store Manager Opened the first Victoria’s Secret boutique in Jeddah, Herra Mall, leading a team of 9 employee as store manager, Make sure they get the right training on product knowledge, company policy Etc… Develop their selling skills and motivate them on how to achieve the targets and make sure they are fully inspired on a daily basis, Follow up sales dashboard presentation and share with them the figures.
