• Dealing with Public Institute for social security (PIFSS) in respect of the
calculation and contributions by the employer of Kuwaiti employees.
◦ Handling employees administrative issues to ensure their compliance with
the applicable labor laws.

Duties and responsibilities include:
• Started as book entry personnel and was promoted to accountant.
• Book entries and maintain daily book in a computerized accounting system.
• Liaising and coordinating with bank and reconciling the bank statements.
• Preparing bank transfer advice in various currencies.
• Maintaining full files of all the employees of the Company, which include leave
calculations, indemnity calculation, employees loans, termination, and
handover documents and so forth.
• Maintaining assets inventories and inventory control system.
• Preparing trial balance, income statement and balance sheet of the company
and assisted the companys auditor for finalization of financial statement.
