Project Description:
Pre Contract Design Consultants and Post Contract Construction Supervisors. Royal Amwaj
Moevenpick Resort and Spa at Palm Jumeirah, consisting of luxury condominiums and hotel suites.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Managing Director / Project Director, the Project Manager and the
Development Team to conceptualize and maintain team focus on the overall vision for the project. Ownership of all commercial aspects of the project business plan and the
preparation and presentation of periodic progress reports to relevant management
committees. Identify and assess key development risks mitigate such risks through strong
project management. Monitor project budget and schedules and provide regular
feedback to management of the financial status of the project. Assist in the preparation and presentation of project development information to stakeholders and higher
authorities as required. Assist in the establishment and structuring of partnership
agreements. Maintain project due diligence and best practices project management.
Assist in building the development team and training of staff.

Pre Contract Design Consultants Post Contract Construction Supervisor. Doha 2006 Asian
Games Village / Hamad Medical City. A QR 2.5 Billion project to deliver to the
Government of the State of Qatar a state of the art 1, 100 bed multi-discipline hospital with all attendant ancillary buildings including over 800 apartments for nurses and married
staff, seven storey office block for the Ministry of Public Health, Education Centre, Central
energy Plant, two mosques, three 11 kv substation buildings and all associated roadways,
hard and soft landscaping, under ground services and all other items to complete the whole of the project.
Responsibilities:
Project Manager for all duties and responsibilities required to manage the day to day
scope of the Consultancy and project management on site. This includes overseeing the coordination of all design information, post contract variation. Client's requirements to
ensure flow of information to the separate Construction Main Contractors. Overall control of some one hundred to hundred and twenty site based staff, including separate
package resident engineers (all disciplines), office staff and site inspectors.
