Achievements

I consider the following is the most important achievements through the last period

1-Within a period of 14 months I‘ve conducted the training “Certified Service Manager “which is three levels, each with a pre and post test and a project for each level. The Service Managers have passed all in additional to the final test.
2-Within a period of 8 months I’ve conducted the training “ Certified Service Advisor “ which is two levels, each with pre and post test and a project for each level to be applied in their fields and to discuss the results together in additional to the final test. 80% of the service advisors have been passed all.
3-Within a period of 8 months, I’ve conducted the training “Certified Workshop Manager” which is two levels each of a pre and a post test and a project to be applied in their workshops and to discuss the results tighter in additional to a final test, and the workshop managers have been passed.
4-Service Core Process training for all of the Service Advisors.
5-Communication skills for all the front office staff as well as the Service Managers and workshop Managers.
6-“Elas Pro” training, it is software training for Audi and V.W which is linked the DMS.
7-Conducting the training for Audi A2 and A7 as well as Basic electric, Basic Engine and Basic Transmission
