• Handle inbound requests via multiple channels ( phone, email) in English and Arabic.
• Handle outbound campaigns (RSVP campaigns, data cleansing campaigns, care calls etc.)
• Provide expert answers to all customer requests (product, aftersales, policies etc.)
• Have full knowledge and understanding of CRC processes, collections, brand policies and processes, retail network etc.
• Transfer calls/emails to the appropriate department as needed and follow up until closure.
• Have the brand culture and knowledge to respond with service excellence to all types of questions.
• Have the knowledge of scripts / templates /processes and tools to get the right information to best respond to the clients' requests.
• Collect and handle client personal information with care and respect strictly brand privacy policy.
• Capture all contacts on brand CRM tool (CMT)
• Handle client complaints, investigate with concerned parties (boutique, dealers, workshops, head office, logistics and other markets), support in resolving complaints and communicate solutions to clients. Follow up until complaint closure.
• Generate sales lead, reservations and boutique appointments. Coordinate with boutiques and follow up with clients until conversion.
• Interacting with existing, potential customers, suppliers providing them with product related & financial information within the required quality parameters.
• Account maintenance (bonds details, prepare change of details, handle complaints, redemption & issue e-bonds etc) orders upon request.
• Cross-Selling & meeting of monthly targets (sales, calls, quality & punctuality) of National Bonds Products & Services.
• Attending to customers’ requests, queries and complaints.
• Handling and booking tickets for customers.
• Communicating with customers through emails guaranteeing a high service level commitment from Airmiles.
• Handling the company’s social media.
• Managing Talent’s queries on a day to day basis, taking care of all transactions with regards to signing new talents.
• Booking talents for studio time.
• Attending to ‘walk in’ customers.
