Planning & Strategy - Working with VP's/Leadership teams to establish headcount forecasting, planning and business direction
- Managing stakeholders' requirements, manages the recruiting process for entry level roles from end- to-end
- Able to technically qualify candidates (Salesforce knowledge)
- Hiring different level of roles / team (sales, architect, manager, developers, executive).
- Identifies strong, passive talent, convert passive candidates into strong prospects.
Headhunting, sourcing, and placing Salesforce.com within the French and Swiss markets.
Business Development, attending events (Salesforce World Tour), networking, researching the market
Recruitment: helping and advising clients during their recruitment processes (consultancies and end- users).
Finding candidates: create professional relationships with my network, sourcing via headhunting and candidate network but also via advertising and having a social media presence.
Giving excellent customer service
Keep an eye on KPI, Target, ATV
Respond to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and provide assistance
Redirect HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team
Maintain records of personnel-related data (payroll, personal information, leaves, turnover rates etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met
Liaise with other departments or functions (payroll, benefits etc.)
Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc. Assist supervisors in performance management procedures
Schedule meetings, interviews, HR events etc. and maintain the team’s agenda
