 Supervising and making sure we are compliant to all health authorities’ regulations in the region for 14 countries
 Help sustain (revise-update) effective Standard operating Procedures (34 SOPs)
 Responsible for providing the required Procedure trainings to ensure their effectiveness.
 Responsible of internal audit planning and JJRC audit follow-up and completion of corrective actions
 Managing field actions initiated in the region (14 countries)
 Ensure proper documentation and traceability of field action files including all related communications with stakeholders, franchise and health authorities
 Liaising with CLS (Customer Logistic Service) for stop shipment/quarantine orders
 Responsible to report & investigate non-conformances
 Responsible to create CAPAs for non-conformances and quality issues
 Responsible to track and close CAPAs
 Working on the implementation of software for Training System, Document Control System & CAPA System

- Handling Q-RMP (Quality risk management process) Heinz global quality system, ISO
9001 and HACCP systems.
- Monthly reports of the quality department.
- Creation of process manuals and risk assessments.
- Creation and follow-up on the action plan generated from Heinz global visits of regional quality teams.
- Internal audits, vendor audits, customer complain handling and quality incident investigation.
- Generate corrective action and preventative action plans from quality incident investigations and follow-up.
- Maintaining the change control, document control, performance monitoring systems.
- Maintaining the cleaning SOP (Standard operating procedure) and work instructions.
- Maintaining GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) SOP.
- Training departments on the quality system.
