Job Description :
• Managing all HR projects.
• Study and analyze all HR requirements and provide solutions, either selecting from packages available in the market or developing new packages.
• Communicate with venders.
• Create Reports using oracle development tools.
• Communicate with any third parties to provide HR requirements
Job Handled in CBK:
- Worked as Project Manager for the existing HR system and drove it to Production successfully.
- Designed developed the Financial Module for HR system in Oracle and attached it to the system fill the application gap.
- Coordinated with venders to provide better solutions for the HR system (Personnel & Payroll).
- Providing user support during data entry and payroll process.
- Providing Training for the new system and new users.
- Modifications on the required packages
- Building new reports as per HR requirement.
- Managing & processing the Monthly payroll.
