My Main work responsibilities were:
HR Functions :
• Prepare Job Description for the IT department Jobs.
• Post available vacancies on social media.
• Screening & filtering CVs with the technical manger .
• Contact candidates to set an interview appointment.
• Keep filing system for personnel records as well as handling the social insurance papers (form 1, form 2 & form 6).
• Assist the technical manager in providing the technical interview test.
Accounting Functions:
• Preparing the monthly sales and purchases reports contain full analysis for all transaction.
• Review Bank, Cash, and Visa Accounts on a weekly basis.
• Ensures that cash and checks collected are deposited in the bank.
• Authentication for client accounts for each period.
• Prepare the monthly expenses sheet.
• Prepare tax computation and returns.
IT Functions:
• Provide assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Assist in designing the company's internal website.
• Respond to email messages for customers seeking help.
• Ask questions to determine nature of problem.
• Follow up with customers to ensure issue has been resolved.
Administrative Functions:
• Answering telephones and handling it in appropriate manner.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning and copying to management
• Attend meetings to record minutes.
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level.
My main responsibilities was :
- Build pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements.
- Present Wasla in job fairs and open days.
- Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate's language fluency.
- Conduct initial face to face interviews, using interviewing techniques to evaluate the candidate's
knowledge, skills, and attitude.
