• Assist in recruitment processes; such as Job Analysis, Job descriptions, CVs search and CVs filtration.

•Screen and classify CVs for easy retrieval as and when needed.
•Coordinate interviews schedule and recruitment events.

•Proceed in any further assistance required regarding medical approvals or reimbursements
•Follow-up on each employee’s annual leave, sick leave and send them letters containing remaining balances.

•Developing and updating staff records on HR database
•Advise and consult with employees regarding personnel questions, policies, regulations, and grievances.
•Contacting and dealing with printing houses for business cards issuance when requested.
Payroll:
•Responsible for the monthly payroll for the employees and its analysis
•Revising the monthly data received including the basic salary, Pay increases, bonus, overtime calculations, deductions & other allowances.
•Maintaining and following up the loans report and monthly deductions calculations.
•Preparing pay slips and sending it to the employees when requested
•Prepare payroll sheets to be sent to the bank
•Ensures integrity & confidentiality of the payroll system, the attendance system and payroll reports
