Responsibilities included:

Selling products and services using solid arguments to prospective customers
Performing cost-benefit analyses of existing and potential customers
Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

Bench development, evaluation and characterization of prototype formulations, Interaction with technical staff in a wide range of disciplines, Formulation, Consumer Evaluation, Analytical Chemistry, Bioassay, Microbiology and Advanced Imaging. Interaction with other cross-functional partners will also include Corporate Marketing and Project Management, Delivery of an oral technical project presentation.

Responsibilities included:

Front office operations, such as management of the cash desk, foreign currencies exchange, deposits and withdrawals

Responding to customers enquiries
Setting up and taking part in appointments with the customers

As a result of this first work experience in the financial sector, I gained a lot of knowledge about the different financial products. I also acquired some key elements in understanding the interaction between the different actors involved in the banking industry. As a Bank Teller I needed to execute the routine operations quickly and accurately in order to free up commercial time. I used my analytical skills, as well as an effective hierarchy of priorities, so that I could cope with the stress inherent in this environment

Part of a busy team, driving sales of shop products by communicating and listening to customers and ensuring that they receive the highest standards of customer service .Also Contacting prospective clients, assessing their requirements then selling them the company’s products and services that match their needs. Also responsible for maintaining ongoing relationships with customers to foster repeat business.
