Responsible for team budgeting whereby evaluated preceding year performance and future market trend to arrive at rational budget for the year.
Preparing and implementing Sales and Marketing plans to achieve or exceed projected target and to remain ahead of the competitors in market targeting and product positioning. Organizing research on competitor’s business policies, products and product innovation; enabling the company to review its own strategies, brand quality and specifications to bring it inline with consumer’s needs and tastes.
Reviewing quarterly achievements against budget to ensure that projected sales and gross margins are being achieved and taking corrective measures as when needed.
Guiding, training, appraising and motivating team members to ensure high degree of productivity, efficiency and commitment towards the departments overall objective.
Ensuring clear communication pertaining to service terms and conditions, assuring confidentiality, and following up on any complaints to prevent escalations and legal implications, hence providing quality service to bayt customers.
Liaising with a host of retail clients, ensuring optimal levels of service and providing specific solutions. Maintaining high client-servicing performance levels, through periodic reports about job requirements to upper management through CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System.
Cross selling and marketing all existing and new services introduced by the company and following up on referral business to expand client base. Customizing packages in view of client requirements, associated business risks and long term prospects.
Advising clients about service bouquets in view of requirements, executing requisite documentation and upgrading existing service standards, hence contributing to the sales target set by the management team.
Keeping close tabs on market requirements and competitor activities. Handling specific enquiries and replying to the marketing and customers
