Coordinate the Client about HSE programs and assist the HSE Manager in the implementation of the Site HSE Plan and Procedures.
•Conduct frequent and regular scheduled safety inspections of Kentz/Subcontractor's construction activities to monitor compliance with the HSE program, applicable regulations and the Project HSE Policy.
•Conduct periodic management and safety walk through with the Client on all work place facilities.
•Identify safety deficiencies and initiates corrective measures to ensure the safety of the workers.
• Providing consultation and advice to the line management and assisting them to maintain a safe working environment to comply with safety regulations, practices and standards in accordance with the client and International law.
• Ensure that monthly safety training and all other specifically required trainings are provided for all employees.
•Preparing job safety bulletins and subject materials for toolbox meetings. Review and monitor such meeting to ensure effectiveness and verify that personnel signature sheets are properly completed for later reference.
•Preparing job safe analysis, risk assessment required for every job to ensure the safe execution of the task and to prevent incidents/accidents that may happen in worksite.
•Assisting the HSE Manager and is responsible for monitoring the subcontractor's performance and to enforce the safety policy and environmental guidelines.
