As a draftsman I will initially gain an understanding of the scope and requirements of
the project.
 Prepare Architectural And MEP LOD Drawings.
 Work with Architect to Ensure That Construction Project is in Accordance With design
Specification.
 Operate computer-aided drafting (CAD) equipment and/ or Architectural Revit to
produce designs, working drawing, charts, forms, and records.
 Analyze building codes, by laws, space and site requirements, and other technical
documents and reports to determine their effect on architectural designs.
 Coordinate structural, electrical, and mechanical designs and determine a method of
presentation to graphically represent building plans.
 Draw rough and detailed scale plans for buildings and structures based on
preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and
other data.
 Prepare Detailed Architectural Drawings for Residential and Commercial Construction
Projects.
 Lay out and plan interior room arrangements for all/ type buildings using computerassisted
drafting (CAD). equipment and software.
 Visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary Check dimensions of
materials to be used and assign numbers to list of materials.
 Review and checked BIM Models and layout prior to submitting to client.
 Coordinating our Equipment interfaces with other discipline in BIM Model. (Escalator,
Elevator & Moving Walks Placement, Lifting Hooks Placemen, Slot Size & Location,
Sump Pit Location etc.)
 Perform in team environment with engineers.
 Prepare Escalator, Moving Walks & Elevators Shop drawing.
 Resolve problem of products working with manufacturing processes.
 Develop and recommend change if any manufacturing processes.
 Improve Design performance working with engineers.

 Reporting on the jobs progress and drawing completion.
